GB Triathlon Star Visits the Club!

GB Triathlete Yiannis Christodoulou visited the club last week at one of our swim sessions. He spent some time observing the drills and then held a poolside Q and A session for the younger members, offering advice and inspiration. One young member commented "it was great to hear how Yiannis started out in Triathlon and to hear all about his training methods".
